Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly, polite and professional. I was able to ask questions and every query or concern was answered immediately and every query or conern was answered immediately reducing any anxiety I had prior to after theatre.
Suggested improvements
The bus should be soft dose but not everything can be perfect.
